instant oatmeal for breakfast is a relatively stable routine thing for me, it's quick to make compared to pancakes and more filling than cereal, great when you're running short on time and surprisingly pretty healthy for you too.
Matzo ball soup for the last month. Yes ... odd, but seriously. Boil 2 lb chicken breast ahead of time and cube it. Then it's just heating water, adding some bullion, chopped carrot, celery, the matzo ball stuff, and chicken. Sounds difficult, takes 5 minutes and let it boil for 30. And healthy. Unless you eat too much ...
Oatmeal every morning. Iced tea at any time of the day (or year).
ramen noddles. :P
I used to eat Kaboom cereal for breakfast. lunch and dinner for literally YEARS. I finally got my cereal fix about ten years ago and I haven't eaten a bowl of it since.
My on-again off-again diet - 1/2 a tuna salad sandwich and 15 potato chips every 4 hours. I know it sounds crazy, but I went from 203 down to 175, and my cholestrol improved.
