Tired of the bureaucratic foot-dragging, the Gay Men’s Health Crisis has teamed up with the Sarah Lawrence College Student Life Committee and the Student Senate to create a We The People online petition to demand that the President Barack Obama urge the Food and Drug Administration to reform their policy preventing gay men from donating blood. Really? First they want us to be able to serve in the military, and now give blood? Come on, guys. Those needles hurt!
