The 10 Hottest Neighborhoods in 2013

24/7 Wall St. asked Trulia, a leading supplier of home listings, to provide a list of the nation’s 10 up-and-coming urban neighborhoods as measured by yearly price changes in cities. Home prices in most of these area are still considerably lower than other already established neighborhoods in their cities. (Source)

3. Lawton Park - Seattle, Wash.
4. Crown Heights - New York, N.Y.
5. Dorchester - Boston, Mass.
6. Historic Anacostia | Fort Stanton -Washington, D.C
7. Home Park - Atlanta, Ga.
8. East Mount Airy -Philadelphia, Pa.
9 Northeast Dallas | White Rock -Dallas, Tex.
10. Northside | Northline - Houston, Tex.
