No, he's not. The blue, red, and purple tattoo spreading from around his arm to the center of his chest, and ending with some number starting with "1687" on his right pec is by no means hot. Why anybody would disfigure himself like this is beyond my appreciation unless it's to draw attention away from his natural body which would look fine with no body markings that he'll now have to live with for the rest of his life. His facial scruff does nothing for him, but admittedly, his hairy navel is his one redeeming feature.
