No

No. Tim is too in love with Tim.

Nope. Not at all.

I don't hate him-I think of him as a self-indulgent clown--but I have no use for homophobes. Sure he's build, but he's not that beautiful, and he radiates sexual awkwardness.

If I say him in the shower, I wouldn't even look down.

No, he's worse then an air-headed model, he thinks he's actually got something to say.

WHY feature a person whose core person is all about the demise of GLBT people...WHY. It really is demeaning to us that you feel because someone is good looking, we fall on our knees in adoration. Because he is photographed by an uber famous photographer for a super uber fashion magazine we can forget how the religious right maligns us each and every day. He is their symbol...

Please stop wasting our time with this douchebag. I actually find it offensive that gay blogs devote ANY amount of space to him. I don't find him the least bit attractive. To those who do, I remind you, beauty is only skin deep but ugly is through and through.

The pretty on the outside can't overcome the ugly on the inside.

Isn't vanity one of the seven deadly sins?

No- and please stop focusing attention on his physical traits. He is a mediocre QB and a Class A homophobe!

The hate exhibited in these comments should shame all of us. Tim Tebow has his views and lifestyle that don't agree with ours. He certainly has never made hate comments about us. " Douchebag" is uncalled for. We don't like such comments directed toward us, so let's grow up and realize there are still those who do not believe in the marriage rights of homosexuals who are not douchebags.

@Peter...pronounce NAIVE, because you just exhibited the essence of naive. It isnt just not agreeing with marriage equality, the bigger issue is their wanting our demise. They have every constitutional right to vocalize their opposition to gay marriage but that is just the tip of the homophobic iceberg. It is what lies below the surface that is dangerous and a real and serious threat. Their agenda is very clear. Tim Tebow is the sweet and innocent spokesperson for the destructive religious right. LISTEN!

Paraphrasing Rodney Dangerfield: "He's a two-bagger in the sack...one bag over his head, and the second over yours...just in case his falls off.

Also... he needs to get to a speech therapist to figure out why his s's are coming out like they do. (Not that there's anything wrong with it...some of my best friends lisp just as severly as Mr. Tebow does.)

Actually, Peter, "those who do not believe in the marriage rights of homosexuals" are the DEFINITION of "douchebags". Just as people who see African Americans, or Jews, or women, or the obese, or any other group as inferior, are also douchebags. You wouldn't tolerate that, so open your eyes and close your mouth.

So does that mean Obama was a douchebag during the last election when the gays all voted for him when they knew he did not believe in the marriage rights of homeosexuals? To classify somebody as a scumbag and douchebag based on that is absurd. If one does not believe in marriage equality, does that mean he wants our demise as stated a few comments back?

I have googled Tim Tebow's views on gay rights, and I find NOTHING he's stated about his either wanting our demise or that he hates gays and considers them inferior. Perhaps some enlightened reader may provide me a site where he states that as implied in the comments above. Perhaps because he's an Evangelical Christian, that automatically makes him a douchebag. is that it? If so, does that mean we consider EC's inferior to us?

If Tim Tebow believed in gay marriage rights, would he then be elevated to some level of gay icon due to his hunky athletic looks? If a person who is religious with integrity believed in gay unions but not marriage, would he still be a douchebag? Things are not always black and white.

We cannot educate others to our side unless we educate ourselves FIRST so our reactions are not shot from the hip to vilify and hate others who do support gay marriage. Otherwise, our cause is far more hurt than helped from making such immature hate comments.

Here here! he has personal views rooted in core beliefs, just as all of us on this blog do.
