I am beyond excited to share this breaking 2 part interview with Scott Herman (of Real World fame, model, personal trainer, actor, and business owner). Scott was kind enough to not only answer my interview questions but took the time to answer them on the videos below.Through the process I was so impressed to see how this young man (24 years old) has made one of his missions to be an outspoken GLBT ally. Although the questions I asked are being read by someone else, I have spoken with Scott several times and he is sincere and passionate about his convictions and support for our community.
Thank you Scott for taking this time to share your story and personally speaking I am pleased that we have a straight ally in you!

Thanks David!
Thanks Scott for your support too!
I just finished watching both videos and am really touched by his support. We need more straight people on our side in order to ever achieve full equality.
Thank you Scott.
I would love to have this particular straight ally in me!
But suggestive/flippant replies aside, it's great to hear this interview. Thanks Scott and David for sharing. If only more of America could get over the whole "what makes us different" thing and start to see what makes us one and the same - and deserving of the same respect and rights.
I can't believe I just spent 40 minutes watching both videos but it was worth it. I've been following Scott since the real world and fell in love with him. I didn't care for Katelyn on the show and how she/girls acted towards Scott/boys but hearing Scott's story makes me appreciate her a little more and I'm glad they're still friends. I'm gay so it's not a homophobic thing, I just didn't like the way Katelyn was portrayed I guess.
Anyway, back to Scott... LOVE HIM! Thank you Scott for your support and I'm glad you have thick skin and a great head on your shoulders in the fight for equality! We appreciate and love our straight allies!
I'm als glad to have Scott deffend our rights. He worries too much what people think about him sometimes and I guess that is normal for someone who gives as much importance to his phisique, but he is beautiful just the way he is and not precisely because of the way he looks but because of the way he is inside. Love you Scott!
I love Scott, he's so awesome. We need more people like him.
I know this comment is LOOOONG past due, Dave. But Jesus... this is just too cool for words.
Thank you for posting this. I've linked back to it on my blog. Scott's such a great guy... and it's nice to see another straight public figure on our side.
Nicely done, pumpkin =)

It really is sad there are individuals not always looking over this web site. Great job
