A note for all those young people out there wondering if what this young man said is true or not. My partner and I are about to celebrate out 25th first date anniversary (our real 25th anniversary of happily living together is June 2nd). We are supported by a wonderful sets of parents, siblings and their spouses, and nieces! They all come to our home for Christmas every year (a 15 year tradition). Friends of ours a gay couple too, just adopted their first child! Happiness is out there, don't believe the persistent stereotypes out there, celebrate who you are!

The only word that comes to mind is "wow" I glad this guy came through it and is now happy with his life.
